What payment methods are accepted?

All UK payment methods are available, including ShopPay, visa credit and debit cards, PayPal, American express and Gpay

What is our packaging size?

We packaged our products in 2ltrs containers to facilitate easy storage for our customers. Our customers are allowed to add as many portions of 2Ltrs containers as they wish.

How long does delivery take?

Every order received before 12pm everyday will be delivered within 4 working days. Orders received after 12pm everyday will be delivered within 5 working days.

Please note that delivery during weekends and bank holidays could be longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. we have a live chat where our customers could get updated information on all their orders. Just enter your order details and every needed information will be displayed.

Is there a way to leave special instructions for my order?

Yes. There is a space on the checkout page where such information could be written.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?

Our customers can schedule delivery for a specific day as long as it falls within our delivery instructions. Delivery date is guaranteed but time will depend on courier driver's delivery slot.

Do you offer promotions or discounts for online orders?

Yes. Our promotions and discounts are emailed directly to our registered customers

Portion sizes

For affordability and effective storage, all our products are portioned in a standard 2 litre. Please add as many 2 litres of our products, and we will deliver to your doorstep.

For further clarification, 2 litres container is enough to serve between 3 to 5 adult.

At Toyosi soup kitchen, we package our products using eco friendly boxes to all part of United Kingdom.

At the moment our customers based in London, Peterborough, Cardiff, Southampton, Basingstoke,Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Swansea, Manchester, Scotland, and other part of United Kingdom.
